ZIZO Limited Lifetime Warranty

Thank you for choosing ZIZO. We are proud of the quality and durability of our products and are committed to providing an exceptional experience. This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers your purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage:

Eligibility: The warranty applies to the original purchaser of a ZIZO product purchased through an authorized retailer or the official ZIZO website.

Duration:

  • Cases, Screen Protectors, and PowerVault Branded Accessories: Covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
  • Speakers and Headphones: Covered by a 1-Year Warranty.

Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

What We Will Do: If a defect arises and a valid claim is made within the warranty period, ZIZO will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
  • Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished one of the same or equivalent model.
  • Refund the original purchase price of the defective product.

ZIZO reserves the right to offer a replacement product of the same or similar style, color, or a substitute equivalent based on availability and at its discretion.

Please note: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping and handling fee for any replacement orders.

Exclusions and Limitations:

  • This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or causes other than defects in materials or workmanship.
  • ZIZO is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Modifications or alterations to the product void the warranty.

Additional Legal Rights: This Limited Lifetime Warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights based on your jurisdiction. Some areas do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations may not apply to you.
